Amanda’s specialisms include planning, site identification and acquisition, negotiation of contracts and bringing together the professional team for each development.
Prior to this Amanda qualified with Legal and General Assurance PLC before moving to Laura Ashley PLC where she had responsibility for acquiring their new shop premises and latterly to A W Vint & Son, her family business where she was a partner, with responsibility for land and new homes.
Both Mark and Amanda are very involved at all stages of a project. From initial site procurement and the design and planning process to construction, project management, and completion they ensure that the highest standards are adhered to. For each project they bring together a team of specialists and craftsmen appropriate to the specific development.
